LDAP authentication is an excellent feature in 2.0 and I'm planning to try it.
I configured a LDAP server under authentication tab, but I couldn't login by LDAP authentication returned back a "Login failed. Please try again" error.
After several times checking, I'm sure the configuration is right. And I used tcpdump to monitor traffic on port 389 trying to find out where is wrong. Strange thing happend, there was no traffic going out to remote 389 port.
This is a fresh installation of PROXMOX VE2.0. Did I miss something to enable LDAP authentication?
Thanks.
