Good morning colleagues, I am with a problem that I can not find a solution, I just installed proxmox 7.1 (and all its updates) on an HP ML110 ProLiant Gen9 with 32gb Ram 2TB HDD. To which I put a VM with W10LTSC, so far everything is perfect, only I have network problems, the node goes down very often, I ping -t the ip of proxmox I see the random drops. I already checked the network cable, the switch and that the IP addresses are not in conflict. I attach the console screen that shows me and also the syslog. I hope someone can give me a hand.

Hi,

Thank you for the output!

The network config looks good.
are you sure that there is no loop in your network?

I read that you checked from the network cable, I would re-check again since your network configuration looks fine (and the issue is similar here [0]). Otherwise, I would set the NICs as the default names and see if still the issue.

i didnt understand very well this part " I would set the NICs as the default names and see if still the issue."

Hi,

I think you have changed the NICs interfaces name, as I saw in your output of ip a i.e *altname enp2s0f0*

Code:
2: eno1: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc mq master vmbr0 state UP group default qlen 1000
link/ether c4:34:6b:93:e0:fc brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
