kvm server error, creating backups

Good morning,

I have a problem with backups of the KVM, sometimes freezes when I do KVM server backups.

Other times I see this error in log (snapshot mode): Oct 14 01:17:08 ERROR: unable to detect lvm volume group, using 'suspend' mode

The server has RAID, the disk is checked and not defective.

that I can make backups of my kvm without fear of freezing?

Is that a standard installation? Whats the output of:

# pveversion -v

and (run when there is no load on the server)

# pveperf
