kvm guest won't shutdown

Hello,
i have installed an vm machine with ubuntu (kvm)
It works fine. But if i would like to shutdown this vm with Proxmox nothing happens.
Does someone has an idea why it won't work?

Run sudo apt-get install acpid inside VM.
