KVM guest only see 1 cpu instead of the actual amount of cpu assign

Hi Guys, need some help. i have a problem with KVM guest running on centos. i have assign 2 processors with 6 core per processor. however, when boot up the guest os only see 1 cpu. please advise how to troubleshoot. below are the pveversion.

because you try to simulate a numa.
