Hello,

I installed PVE 1.3 on an Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3363 @ 2.83GHz with 12GHz of RAM. I have no problem with this host.

I just installed PVE 1.3 on an Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6300 @ 2.80GHz with 2GHz of RAM. When I start a KVM virtual machine, kvm process take 100% CPU and I can't install a Debian Lenny.

I tried to install from cdrom drive and from iso file. I tried also virtio disk and virtio network interface, scsi disk and rtl8139 network interface. No change.

Is the E6300 not supported ? However it has Intel VT and Proxmox detect it good.

Thanks for your answer.

Nicolas.

Hello,

Sleep over it !

I thought that the CPU charge was the cause of my problem (impossible to open console from Proxmox). In fact, Firefox crash but it seems OK with Opera. However, I
open several consoles everyday from my other Proxmox installation with Firefox and I have no problem.

So, I installed my 2 Debian Lenny VM this morning with Opera and this is OK. It's the most important. :)

Thanks and sorry for the post.

Nicolas.
