I'm seeing batches of kernel errors on a cluster running version 3.4. On or about the same time I see VMs running Windows Server 2012r2 fall off connectivity and often lose their Console access, requiring a restart.

Hi,
do you try the actual kernel?
and If you do not use OpenVz I would use the 3.10 kernel.
