Kernel Error HP DL380 G7

Hello all
I just install fresh debian squeeze 64 bit kernel 2.6.32-64amd an DL 380 server.
Everything went Ok ==> the installation and the boot after.

when i install the proxmox 2.6.32.12 pve kernel the boot is fail with panic black screen...

The hardware is : Server HP dl 380 G7 16G ram P410i raid controller.
