Nothing really official, but as we branch the pve-kernel off the Ubuntu Kernel and we plan to go on 21.10 then 22.04, which is an LTS and thus will be kept, I'd say that a kernel basing on 5.13 or newer would arrive sometime in 2021/Q4, if I'd have to guess
