journal init node cannot get buffer for journal superblock

Hi,

I have a big problem, the server restart and show me it:

And a don't know what to I should to do.

journal_init_node: cannot get buffer for journal superblock
EXT3 -fs (dm-0): Error: could not load journal inode
mount: mounting /dev/mapper/pve-root on /root failed: invalid argument
mount: mounting /dev on /root/dev failed : no such file or directory
Target filesystem doesn't have requested /sbin/init
No init found. try passing init= bootarg

I hope that you can help me.
