Thanks to support from GNUAcademy, the Joomla! v1.5.22 Build files updated to SVN 20439 of Jan 25th 2011 has been released on my page at the Wiki.
As the pre-built templates are taking up huge bandwidth, please contact the sponsors Planettel for it in case you are unable to use DAB to build it on your own.
This release is a pre-installed one based on Debian Squeeze - check the logs on first boot after VM creation for root and joomuser MySQL passwords which are randomised.
The default login is admin with password joomla123.
Although Joomla! v1.6 is out and bugfixing is nearing completion, most users will be using the stable v1.5.x for a while and hence this effort. Please provide feedback on the build.
