Hey ya all!
I am trying to setup a simple OPNSense Firewall/Router inside Proxmox as VM. I am running into a problem currently.
I have setup 1 bridge in Proxmox. There is one that was already setup with the initial setup which uses the IP from the Cloud provider and gateway. This is called vmbr0 and is a bridge.
I have setup another called vmbr1. What I want to achieve is to use a port based setup where a port redirects to the correct server internally.
I setup the WAN side and LAN side accordingly inside Opensense. vmbr0 for WAN, and vmbr1 for LAN.
The vmbr1 uses 192.168.1.1.
Now the weird part. When I hookup a Windows 2022 server onto it, it won't have internet. It wil get DHCP address internally but usually after setting up OPNSense it should have worked at least to access websites.
I need a bit of help and sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.
Kind regards!
