issues with accessing proxmox

Hi I have a proxmox server that i can no longer access on via ssh or the GUI.
Just in case it was the network card i added a usb network adapter as a test and put another cable in a second network port. screen shots below. nothing has been changed since this has happened - the only access i have is via ilo

i can then ping bbc.co.uk after configuring the usb network adapter but still cant access the web or ssh in to the server.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

think i found the issue my network adpaters maybe faulty. managed to get the usb network adapter working using dchp then once that was working then set it to static and it seems ok now via the usb network adapter. now i need to find out how to check the network ports are working
