i have a poweredge r620 with virtual disks setup via my raid card i had successfully installed proxmox and had imported my vm from esxi but during some config editing i broke the install somehow so i formatted my drives and attempted a reinstall, 1 of 2 things happen when attempting to reinstall. wither it will pass the configuration and hang on "cleanup root disks" and then say installation failed after about 10-15 minutes or it wont even make it to the configuration gui and spit out errors, attached are photos of the errors.

seem than kernel 5.15 have a bug with some megasas controller (dell perc).
I have see that on a r620 too.
maybe try to install from proxmox 7.1 iso (kernel 5.13), then do the update to last version, and pin the kernel to 5.13 for now
