Hey everyone,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I finally decided to bite the bullet and merge all my server equipment into 1 4u chassis and get it all virtualized to help save space/power from all the seperate devices I had, and so far it all looks great! However, I have 1 problem, in proxmox, I can only see PCIE devices attached to the lanes of the 1st CPU and not the 2nd.

For context, I have a SuperMicro XDPi11-NT Motherboard with 2 Xeon Gold 5115 Scalable Processors. Both are fine and have been working fine in other systems, and I can confirm that they are secured to their slots snuggly, so no potential bad pin contact.

Is there a potential BIOS setting I may be missing or have enabled by accident ? Or is there a Proxmox setting that needs to be adjusted ?

Any and all help appreciated :)

UPDATE: Come to find out a rouge NVME Drive was having FLR errors which somehow caused all the PCIE devices under that CPU to not respond. After removing it, all seems to be working! Only Issue I have now is a quad port Qlogic 10g copper card not appearing in the network devices. Otherwise we are good!
