Issue with access to shell with root

Hello everyone,

I have issues with my root account.

I can't connect neither web GUI nor shell with root.
For the shell attemp I'm using an AD windows account for connection in web gui and then try the shell access with root account.
I can't connect to shell with the AD account (that was my problem and made some modifications and since then I can't have access to shell with root).

It's not the password the problem, I already reset root password by booting in grub.

Please I need help I find nothing, maybe I didn't search well.

Update: I commented this line in /etc/pam.d/common-account
account [success=1 new_authtok_reqd=done default=ignore] pam_winbind.so
Anybody know why ?

My main subject is that I'm trying to access to shell with AD account.

I have access in web GUI but not the proxmox shell.
