Issue when creating/updating firewall rule

Hi,

I was creating a firewall rule on a vm when I noticed that when the comment contains a new line feed, the rest of the comment is not registered.
More so, I was able to create other rules if I added enough characters.

Hi,

To we able to reproduce the issue you mentioned, can you provide us with the firewall rule you added to the VM? You can find in `/etc/pve/firewall/<VMID>.fw`

Here it is, I just reproduced it.

Also once I do that. When I try to update certain rules (by changing the position), it duplicates them instead of moving them.
