I am having constant reboots during package install. Every time I try to install a package or update my Mini PC server reboots during install process interrupted.

Reading package lists... Done

The following packages will be upgraded:
proxmox-kernel-6.11.11-1-pve-signed
1 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
1 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0 B/106 MB of archives.
After this operation, 595 MB of additional disk space will be used.
BDB0002 __fop_file_setup: Retry limit (100) exceeded
apt-listchanges: Database /var/lib/apt/listchanges.db failed to load: [Errno 17] File exists: '/var/lib/a
pt/listchanges'
Repeating it over n over doesn't help. I dunno what's going on. Tried installing just neofetch fails too. I tried a Fresh install same issue. Help !

Hello DarkXero!

Some things that come to mind:
  1. Is this a new server? If not, did it work before?
  2. Please check the journal using journalctl --since with a time set to at least 30 minutes before your issues occur.

Thanks for the reply I managed to get through by deleting package deb but that still happens when I try to install Kernel 6.11 or anything that requires some time to process.

Sure, but it would be good to find out whether the journal shows any error. Because with the information you provided, it could literally be anything: bad RAM, bad CPU, failing storage, or many other reasons. Try to see if journalctl --since <TIME> or dmesg provide any unusual output.
