Issue reaching proxmox server after resetting router

Hello and thanks for any help.
Over the holidays, my system went wonky on me. I had to change ISP provider (new modem) and reset my router. Now I can't remote into proxmox server. The router doesn't see it and can't ping from the server. Networking isn't my thing, and confused what to do next.
