issue on proxmox start VM after migate

HI
I was wondering if someone could shed some light, Currently i ran pve-zync to move the machines from proxmox 6 to another host of proxmox 8 when i start the machines i get this error, both servers have the same RAM and same CPU
not sure why

Hi,
please share the output of pveversion -v and qm config 111. Can you check/share the part of the system logs/journal from around the time the issue happens? Is there any other output when you double click the failed task log in the UI?

hi thanks for the reply
as soon as i click on start shows the issue from the error, what is odd if i reboot and turn on vm 111 it works but when i try to turn on vm 110 it wont turn on
i also see
