I'm following this guide: https://github.com/JamesTurland/JimsGarage/tree/main/LXC/NAS

It works fantastically in other lxcs I have like radarr and sonarr. However, following the same process, I can't get it to work in my plex LXC. The only core difference I know of is that the Plex LXC is Ubuntu based, and all the others are Debian. I have doubled checked that the LXC has been added to the share group, and that the lxc.conf has the mount point entered correctly. In fact the folder does show up in the LXC under /mnt/share, however the dir is empty, unlike the other LXCs where it populates the folder structure of the NAS.

Thanks for your help.

edit: solved it my self, although you login to the Plex LXC as root, plex installes itself under the user "plex" so you need to "usermod -aG lxc_shares plex". I'll leave this up incase anyone else ever has this issue.
