Issue Assigning Public IPs to VMs

I have a Proxmox setup, and I’m still new to it. I recently migrated from ESXi. I have multiple public IP addresses, and on ESXi, I was able to assign all additional IPs to my virtual machines using the same network device.

I’m using a single network device on Proxmox as well.

Now, when I assign IP addresses from the same /28 block to the VMs, they cannot establish a connection.

Is this a server issue or does it require additional configuration?

Maybe this is a simple topic, but since I’m new to Proxmox, I couldn’t figure it out. I’d really appreciate any help you can provide.

Setup looks fine from what I can tell - some hosting providers require you to register a MAC address for each additional IP, this might be a possible issue with your setup? Does the setup work on the PVE host itself? Windows oftentimes enables a firewall by default depending on which type of network you choose when setting up the network - so you could also look into possible issues there.
