How can I create a folder in ceph datastore to store my iso files? In datastore it doesn't allow me to add iso files as content.

Create a CephFS and use it to store the iso files.

I'm scared to do this, it asks me for FS ID and name, will this ruin my datastore where my VMs are?

Just create the CephFS and check the "add to storage" as laid out in the documentation.
