I have 2 host atm in a cluster. both have 1 10G each into a switch in the same vlan. They also have an ip in the same subnet. then I have a equalogic 6210 San with 1 10G per controller in the same switch on same vlan with same subnet.
When I run pvesm scan iscsi 172.19.4.230:3260 from host1 I can see the iscsi targets. But when I do same from host2 its says no targets found.
From host 1 and host 2 I can ping the san. If I mount the volume, only host 1 can see it. In the san the volume iscsi config is set to allow multiple source and in the acl I have both hosts ip as permitted.
So to resume when I add the target iscsi I can only do from scanning from vmhost01. if I try with host 2 its does not find it. but its on thje same vlan and subnet and can ping it both ways
