iSCSI locking problem

After a lot of assistance from forum members (Thanks All!), I have managed to get an iSCSI disk visible on all three cluster nodes and successfully moved a VM Disk onto the iSCSI disk.
But.... can not move any other disks across with what appears to be a locking problem?
The following message appears in the Task viewer when I attempt to move the disk. I've tried it on VMs from two nodes with the same result. It would appear that the first node that I moved the disk from is the only one I can now use to move VM disks to the iscsi storage.
Any tips ?

Code:
create full clone of drive scsi0 (local-lvm:vm-122-disk-0)
device-mapper: reload ioctl on (252:19) failed: Device or resource busy
TASK ERROR: storage migration failed: lvcreate 'NAS401_0/vm-122-disk-0' error: Failed to activate new LV NAS401_0/vm-122-disk-0.

Hello @Boss
There is not enough information in your post. Generally, it's not useful to post only an error message. Messages are symptoms of an underlying issue. Many issues have the same or similar messages.

You need to provide additional information:
- what storage system you are using
- what version of PVE you are using
- how did you configure your storage (cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg)
- what does each of the nodes see? (pvesm status)
- what does the OS of each of the node see? (lsscsi;lsblk;multipath -ll;pvs;vgs;lvs)
- are there any errors in the journal on the node? (journalctl -n 500)
- are there any errors that happen during the operation execution (journalctl -f)
- have you already rebooted all of the nodes?

There may be other questions.

I would also recommend going back and double checking your configuration and steps.

Good luck

Thanks for taking the time to respond. And yes , I should have provided more system details - I was hoping for a quick fix. (Should have known better by now!)

In the end I used " dmsetup ls " and found an entry on each of the problem nodes which was linked to an old entry for the NAS.
I used " dmsetup remove " for those paths and can now move my VM disks to the iSCSI storage on the NAS.

Once again - thanks for your assistance bbgeek17.
