Hi!
I have a delicate problem, I have quite a few services that need to be up even thru the upgrade process.
And I have a few spare KVM blades that not are part of the production cluster today but have same hardware spec as the main production nodes.
I have today three DELL M640 blades running 3.3 and my question is can I install a 3.4 on a forth blade and join the prodcluster without unleaching havoc? The reason for this is that we sould like to remain redundant during the upgrade of all nodes.
Util of the blades are 30-40% each so yes we could update blades one and one but we have planned to add a new blade to the cluster any way and this seams like a good time to do it.
Thoughts? Ideas?
Cheers!
