I have Proxmox setup with both IP4 and IP6 static addresses. IP6 access to GUI as well as SSH doesn't work. Ip6 Ping also doesn't work.
I have macros for Ping and NDP enabled on the interface both in and out. Both input and output policies are set to DROP and forward is set to ACCEPT.
GUI and SSH both work for a few hours after the firewall is turned off and then on.
Ping works after I turn the firewall of, run ping once and turn back it on. After that ping works both in out for a few hours.
I even tried changing both input and output policies to ACCEPT and it didn't help.
Only way to get IP6 working is to turn the firewall off temporarily and turn it back on.
I am not even able to figure out why it stops working after a few hours.
Any help and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

Block everything on vmbr0
Allow Ping and NDP (macros) in and out on vmbr1
Allow ssh and web gui in on vmbr1 from local network
Allow DNS, NTP and WEB (macros) out on vmbr1
