Hi guys -

is there a way to give priority to a particular VM? From disks to cpu etc..

I found: vzctl set [VM ID] --ioprio [Priority] --save

is that valid in PVE?
Any other ways you can recommend?

Hi,

do you talk about VZ containers in PVE3.4?
Or do you talk in general about this option PVE4.x?

vzctl is a command to setup OpenVZ container.
PVE4 uses LXC.

You can set the CT and KVM CPU units ,what is the priority of the process.
higher value -> higher priority

KVM disk can be slow down with the disk throttle option can be done on the GUI or with the command 'qm'.
