io-error with yellow triangle

Hi there,

This server runs Proxmox VE 9.1.5. It's a E-2386G CPU server with 64GB of ram, and 2x1GB vnme and 2x6TB HDDs.

The 2x6TB HDDs are in raid0 (I setup the raid via cli since no raid0 option is available on guy).

One vm that runs solely on the HDDs completely freezes and reports io-error every few hours. I checked the smart values of the two hdds and they look fine. Also, there's still 25% storage space left on the raid0.

Anyone know why this happens, and where to look?

No, the storage at the VM is 24%. The storage at the datastore is at 69%, so it's not a storage issue.
What logs should I look at?
 
You know what? This HDD raid is raid0 which I created manually, since the GUI did not have an option for that. Maybe its related?
