So is it possable to have my modem/router give dhcp to all my devices expect the main device i have connect to my Proxmox.

So my layout is this modem/router to 3 devices 2 computers and also my Proxmox box. Then Proxmox box to a another computer, my main computer.
I have pf sense installed on proxmox and i want my main computer and only my main computer to have my internet traffic go through my pf sense and its firewall and it goes back to my modem/router. I still want all my other devices to get its dhcp from my modem/router but not my main computer i want its traffic to go through pf sense only then back to my modem/router and to the internet.

is this possable or is what i'm trying to do not even possable.

i have internet going to my vms already. just need my traffic from main computer go through pf sense only.

You can use pfSense/OPNsense or any other virtual firewall to do this.

You just need to make sure that your pc routes it's traffic through that virtual firewall. Most probably you want to have separate network segments, separated by different vlans or at least different IP ranges.
