Internal Network for software defined storage

Hi,
we are using Proxmox VE with Ceph SDS in Internal network for HA
and now we just debating between the following option:
1. Supermicro Microblade with 2x10Gbps switches and 28 nodes on 6U
(we will wait for nodes with nvme, in my opinion should be Sometime this year)

2. Supermicro Superblade with Mellanox Switch-IB 100Gbps and 20 nodes on 8U

there is any Significant performance improvement for the 100Gbps switches or 10Gb for 20-28 nodes should be Enough and there will be no bottleneck?
any other alternatives on that structure?

100GBit has lower latency where ceph benefits.
