Im tryng to install iptables on a VM running into Proxmox 1.1.

Commonly I edit /etc/network/interface so the iptables's config files is loaded at start up.

This is impossible to do into a VM, an advice into the interface file inform that that file is autogenerated and that any change will be lost and suggest to change interfaces.template but I don't find it.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks Carlo

First, upgrade to 1.2

in 1.2 you can create /etc/network/interfaces.head and /etc/network/interfaces.tail instead of interfaces.template (just create those files).
