Regarding this thread:
https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/virtio-windows-network-very-slow.43231
I have found that what I am experiencing is an unavoidable issue with certain Intel NICs (bridging and routing does not work with VMs under VT-d). The Intel-suggested solution is to use SR-IOV.
I can get the SR-IOV VF ethernet adapters to appear in lspci. But I cannot get them to passthrough to a VM well enough to function properly at layer 3.
Is there a document like this one for Proxmox? Things work fine on Debian/KVM but I need to get this working on Proxmox.
Thanks.
