Hello! I'm looking at building a Proxmox Backup Server instance on an Intel Atom C3758R-based machine. That CPU, old as it is, supports Intel Quick Assist (QAT). My understanding is that QAT boosts performance for encryption and compression tasks.
Those both sound like things that PBS needs to do a lot of.
So that got me wondering if PBS gets a particular performance boost from QAT on older CPUs like this.
