Intel Ethernet I226-V Speedproblem

Hello,

i am using the network card Intel Corporation Ethernet Controller I226-V in the proxmox environment. I created 4 bridges (1 wan, 1 lan, 1 iot, 1 wlan) and install opnsense.
my download speed from a virtuell client is 800-1000 mbit, but my internal speed is very bad.
i am using 2 NAS ...if I copy a file from my virtuell client to then as (so I need for 4GB ... 1 hour or longer).
