Installing DVBHDHomerun into a Proxmox CT

Any guidance as to how to expose the dvb_demux.h? It looks like there were some issues around the 3.7 kernel, but given how much more up to date the kernel is in Proxmox, I assumed those methods wouldn't work.

I have recently tried to compile dvbhdhomerun-0.0.15 against Proxmox 4.2 with similar results.

I have not tested my setup fully, but I managed to compile the driver by using the sources at https://github.com/h0tw1r3/dvbhdhomerun

I know this is quite late, but hopefully it will help someone.
