Installation Without CD?

I have a question. I want to hire a new Linux server and install Proxmox, I have to then install CD. However, this provider does not offer CD installations, it is possible Proxmox install without CD?

Do they offer pxe boot or any other pre-installed (debian) setups?
you could start with a debian lenny 64bits install and then add the proxmox repository.
