Installation failed: "command 'mkfs.ext3 -F /dev/cciss/c0d0p1' failed"

Hello,

I have trouble with installing Proxmox VE 3.1-3 on my server.

Server status:

HP ML150 G5 http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...n&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3580609
with RAID 465GB, LOGICAL VOLUME

Problem Description:

Proxmox Installer can find Target Harddisk: /dev/cciss/c0d0 (465GB, LOGICAL VOLUME)

But installation failed on the last step.
Error message is:
command "command 'mkfs.ext3 -F /dev/cciss/c0d0p1' failed with exit code 1 at /usr/bin/proxinstall line 177."
