Hello everyone,
My first post here. I'm having some problems reinstalling proxmox on a machine that has been installed with proxmox previously. When it starts installing I receive the following message: Unable to create volume group at /usr/bin/proxinstall line 544. I have removed the previous install with ubuntu live cd, everything went fine the first time I installed on the same hardware I've tried with both 1.3 and 1.4. Any ideas?

Thanks and regards,
/Pär

If your really removed the volume group 'pve' a second install should work. Any logs on the console (CTRL-ALT-F2)?
