Install ProxMox VE 3.4 from USB !!

It can't mount the driver and install de ProxMox, how i can solve this problem ?

If understanding right you don't know how to create an USB install stick?

Not exactly i'm create the booteable flash with Proxmox ve 3.4 the problem is when i select the first option to start install can't mount the driver... and i tested 2 replys to this issue and not work but if you know how it work's tell me..

I use the WinSetupFromUSB-1-4
