Install Proxmox to an iSCSI Target/LUN

I have prepaired an iSCSI/Lun onto my SAN. The Server BIOS is configured to boot from that LUN. Thereafter I would like to install Proxmox to the Boot/LUN. But Proxmox seems to be not ready to do that Job. There are show only the lokal Harddisk of the Server.

Is it possible to install Proxmox to an iSCSI-LUN, please. And what is the right way to do it?

Generally users have reported success using vanilla Debian to bootstrap on iSCSI and then installing PVE on top of it.
