Hello !
I work for an association and we are migrating all our visualization systems to Proxmox and CEPH storage.
We have (relatively) old servers :
- 3 servers with HP P410i raid controller.
- 1 server with HP P400 raid controller.
I just wanted to know how you said to your controller to let CEPH (and proxmox) use each disk as a "single" disk.
I read people who said that put each disk in a separate "raid 0" (one raid0 for each disk) will let them act as a JBOD (passthrough) mode.
I just want to be sure that it will not be a problem for CEPH.
Do you know if this kind of configuration are possible with P400 and p410i raid controller ?
Thanks
