Install on existing zpool

Can I install PVE on existing zpool? (And keep all existing datasets untouched.)

(Note: zpool name is not rpool.)

not really, the installer will wipe the selected disks

what you can do is install pve on a separate disk and use the zpool as a storage afterwards

Well... I just did it, and it was not so hard.
You just have to start with pure Debian - install it on existing ZFS, and then add PVE. It works.
