Hi , trying to use pci-e passthrough on my motherboard's wifi module . ( Network controller: MEDIATEK Corp. MT7922 802.11ax PCI Express Wireless Network Adapter )
At first I guess it was easy and just added it to my boot on start up VM which messed it up so bad I had to do a reinstall , all backups on a second disk .
A couple of hours later , tried the same thing without the auto start on boot this time , and after adding them again the second I press the start button it's dead , the start button should disables it's self but it's instantly dead .
Tried rom bar on and off , pci-e on and off , I THINK it's because I'm using a device which as already had the drivers installed and it doesn't like to be passed on .

So how OR what are the driver I need to blacklist ?

I think I may have found my problem it in the same group as my network card + some amd devices .

Sounds like the most likely cause.

You can inspect (or post) the output of pvesh get /nodes/{nodename}/hardware/pci --pci-class-blacklist "" (in code tags please!), that will list all devices with their IOMMU group. It's probably in the same as some other device needed for operation, esp. if it's a built-in module.

I did work out it was about iommu grouping so added the extra bit to grub - pcie_acs_override=downstream,multifunction
Now it's gone a little mad with the grouping putting everything in it own group so my graphic card is now 2 groups , sound and video .
passed the pci-e wifi and found that windows 10 doesn't have the drivers for it , going to have to find some or go to MSI web site.

drivers found installed and working
