Hello all,

For some reasons and tests, I need to run VM built via proxmox 8.2 to 7.0.
To do that, I made a backup of the VM from proxmox 8.2 and copied the file vzdump-qemu-106-2024_05_14-19_35_55.vma.zst to my proxmox server 7.0 and :

Code:
qmrestore 109 vzdump-qemu-106-2024_05_14-19_35_55.vma.zst --storage local

Everything went well and then I start the machine but I got the following message:

guest has not initialized the display yet

I have searched on the forum but no solution so far.
My config:

1.jpg
If I change the BIOS type, the VM doesn't boot.
Also I have an unused disk and in my previous config, its name is TPM state. Why it appears as not used ?

Thanks for your help

First what you don't want to hear: PVE 7.0 is old and should be updated, as there are security vulnerabilities in it.

Also I have an unused disk and in my previous config, its name is TPM state. Why it appears as not used ?
TPM was introduced in PVE 7.1, so you can't use it on 7.0. [0]

If the VM has TPM as a requirement you'll have to update.
