good morning,
we are doing tests with pbs.
we replaced the operating system disk by simulating a break.
How can we import existing zfs while keeping the snapshots contained?
some idea?
thanks

If they are zfs snapshots, then they are on the pool. And a zpool import <pool_name> (porbably needs -f = force) should do it.

hi, thanx for your answear :-] ... i've did like you show me and in menu Storage/Disks --> ZFS now i can see a pool named backup ( the name that i've chose during a first configuration of PBS ) , but in menu DATASTORE , backup isn't appeard , so i've added an datastore manually named backup but now i can't see none of my snapshots created by Proxmox VE 6; i post some pics to show what i mean to tell

pool named backup manually imported.jpg

backup manually added in datastorage.jpg

ZFS is only the storage for a (or more) datastore. You will need to configure PBS as before. Otherwise the owner of the datastore (id) might not exist.
