Hi community, I have been using proxmox since 4.4 and I know it is based on Debian 8 so, if I install a new proxmox 5.2 wich it's based on Debian 9 and them I import my templates from Proxmox 4.4, could be any issue of incompatibility? I tried from Proxmox 5.2 to Proxmox 4.4 and the containers had problems with ssh.

Thanks for those who can help me with this and regards from Cuba

PS: Sorry for my english :)

Hi,

there should be no problems when you import lxc container form PVE 4.4 to PVE 5.2.

I tried from Proxmox 5.2 to Proxmox 4.4 and the containers had problems with ssh.
Maybe your network setting is not correct?

hi my friend, thanks for the replay. I dont thinks so, because works fine with the others containers based on debian 8. The problem is with a container of ubuntu14.04, but thanks to your answer I have no fear to upgrade to 5.2 and import my oldest containers.

Make it as solved the topic
