Import and mount existing pool

I assume this question has been asked before and im hoping someone could point me at a post with some guidance.

Im looking at migrating from truenas to proxmox/cockpit. I already have my pools and im hoping i can just import them into proxmox and mount them on cockpit without recreating them?

I just completed this process...my zfs pool was automatically imported on first boot. (Note: I made sure to export the pool from TrueNAS before shutting it down.)
