Hi,

https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Cluster_Manager

at the session "Remove a Cluster Node",

it shows

If, for whatever reason, you want that this server joins the same cluster again, you have to
reinstall Proxmox VE on it from scratch
then join it, as explained in the previous section.

i have a question,if the node's power fail or board fail or reboot the server,
and it make the node unreachable for some minutes or hours,
does it mean i also need reinstall a new Proxmox VE on the node again ?

Hi,

no if you remove the node (manual task) you have to reinstall.

If the node was offline it will join the cluster when it is back online.

No, that notice only apply if you manually remove a cluster node.
After power failure, a node automatically connect to the cluster and sync all content.
