[SOLVED]icloud send HELO/EHLO first

Hi,

I've two PMG servers one of them can send to icloud without any problem but the second one (Not HA it's seperated servers) returns below error when sending to icloud;

This is the mail system at host mxp01.tanitimuzmani.net.

It only happens to icloud recipients How i can debug further and fix the problem?

it turns out that missing PTR record was causing the issue, after adding proper ptr record it started to work.
